How our Łódź office works
Schedule, team structure, our office, and the equipment you'll get.
Hybrid schedule
Flexible hours
Start between 7:00–9:00 and finish between 16:00–17:00. Everyone is expected to be reachable for clients between 9:00 and 16:00.

These two days are fully remote for the whole team.

Managed by Asia
Joanna Zawadzka (Asia) manages the NetSuite team — functional consultants, technical consultants, and developers — in a flat, open-communication structure.

Our Łódź office has an open space, a relaxation zone, and a fully equipped kitchen with unlimited coffee, tea, and Prosecco "on tap".

You'll get a modern, fully configured company laptop plus an extra monitor and an ergonomic desk setup.

Most of the apps we use are available through one company account. You'll get the list of essential apps on your first day.

Client sandboxes
You'll get access to client Sandboxes (SB) and test systems within your first 24 hours.
Storage
Everything lives in the cloud
All project documents are stored in the cloud — no need to save anything locally.
